Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. acquires Rolled Steel Products

Triple-S Steel Holdings of Houston is pleased to announce the purchase of Rolled Steel Products (RSP) and E&E Steel. Operating since 1956 and under the ownership of the Alperson Family since 1973, the company supplies precision strip and flat-rolled products to a diverse set of customers in Southern California. RSP will operate as part of the Maas Hansen Steel, a Triple-S Steel Holdings division.

Gary Stein, CEO of Triple-S, stated:
