Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. acquires Alamo Iron Works

Triple-S Steel Holdings of Houston is pleased to announce the purchase of the assets of Alamo Iron Works from Sonepar USA. Alamo, based in San Antonio since 1875 has additional locations in Brownsville and Pharr, Texas.

Gary Stein, CEO of Triple-S stated:

“We are very excited to continue to expand our coverage in Texas, especially in the San Antonio and South Texas market. The Alamo Iron Works name is legendary in our home state. We believe it is the oldest continuously operating steel service center in Texas. Since 1875, Alamo Iron Works has offered customers a broad line of steel and industrial supplies. My family and our entire team are proud to make Alamo part of our family.”
